Guardamar del Segura, 11km from the beach.The particularity of the beaches of Guardamar lies in the fact that with the pine forest they form a large coastal park. Behind a vast 11 km beach – about 2 km north of the Segura River and 9 km to the south – extends an 800 hectare dune forest, the maximum width of which is 1,400 meters. The vegetation consists above all of pines, eucalyptus and palm trees, entirely protected and pedestrianized to enjoy beautiful walks.North of the Segura River is Els Tossals Beach, a 1,661 meter naturist beach.South of the river are 7 beaches totaling almost 9 km, some natural and others entirely urban. From north to south, they are: Els Vivers, La Babilònia, Centre, La Roqueta, El Montcaio, El Camp and Les Ortigues. The urban beaches par excellence are Center and La Roqueta. On the Centro beach is the Paseo Marítimo, full of life and where you can enjoy the best gastronomy.
