This charming country house was fully reformed in 2017 which included full repair of the roof, new central heating system, air conditioning, et cetera. Located in a charming little hamlet a few minutes drive outside the town Yecla, this is truly a little hidden gem. The property itself offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and private courtyard with swimming pool. It has been very sympathetically reformed, retaining a lot of the original stonework and features such as exposed beams, and yet at the same time it provides you with the benefit of modern facilities and comforts such as a pellet burner, jacuzzi bath, etc. The property has two separate entrances, one into the lounge and the other into the kitchen giving you access from both points of the property. In between the two is the courtyard with the pool and there is also a bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is large, offering plenty of storage space and is also very light and bright with some lovely traditional features like a hanging pot rack, traditional fire/barbecue as well as a modern gas hob. In the dining area part of the kitchen there is ample space to fit a good-sized dining table and there is also a pellet burner making sure you are comfortable throughout the year. The lounge also benefits from a second pellet burner and a beautiful stone feature wall which provides lots of warmth and character especially on an evening when you want cosy round the fire. Upstairs the property offers three good size bedrooms (two of which have fitted wardrobes and Juliet balconies) and a further bathroom. There is also a another coupe patios that come with the property, allowing you to maximise outside living but with the least amount of work and maintenance. If you are looking for something larger, we also have the property next door for sale which needs a full reform. Contact Us for more info or arrange to view.
